Statewide Workforce Campaign | 2018 to Present

Integrated communications campaign including website, marketing plan, audience research, branding, messaging, statewide advertising and communications campaign

Able South Carolina, a nonprofit, statewide Center for Independent Living that is grounded in the disability rights movement, has retained Flock and Rally for a multi-year contract to develop a statewide campaign to change the culture of disability employment in South Carolina. The campaign, Hire Me SC, promotes a culture of inclusion across the state of South Carolina, one in which employment for every individual, disability or not, is the norm rather than the exception.

Flock and Rally was awarded the 2018 Creatable Award by the Able South Carolina Staff and Board of Directors for the Hire Me SC campaign, for the “exceptional work of advancing opportunities for independence and equality for South Carolinians with disabilities.”

The Hire Me SC campaign has been honored with a 2019 IABC/SC Palmetto Award of Excellence in Brand Communication and a 2010 SCPRSA Mercury Award of Excellence in Integrated Communications.
