Flock and Rally is proud to collaborate with The COMET marketing team and partner agencies to develop advertising and marketing campaigns for the transit system's service offerings. Since Summer 2019, Flock and Rally has rolled out an immense array of campaigns and deliverables, including new brand messaging guidelines and a refreshed visual style reinforced with new illustrations and iconography, as well as new photography and video assets.

The COMET offers a wide array of services; in response, Flock and Rally has developed a brand awareness campaign, service-specific marketing campaigns, and signature campaigns such as the Sarah Mae Flemming campaign to recognize the original civil rights pioneer who first refused to give up her seat on public transit in Columbia, S.C., almost a year before Rosa Parks' historic action. 

Meanwhile, Flock and Rally provides extensive advertising services for The COMET, including advertising strategy, planning, production and media buying for broadcast TV commercials, radio spots, print ads, digital ads and more, as well as fresh templates for email and print newsletters. After laying out a rich social media strategy, a social media training manual was created for staff, part of a continued commitment to fuel current best practices and increase client capabilities. In response to the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, the firm developed and launched a PSA campaign to publicize the transit agency’s systemwide mask mandate, amplifying the message across advertising, social media and digital marketing platforms featuring new, custom illustrations and updated brand awareness campaign graphics.
